Party

Wyatt had so much fun at his birthday party this weekend! We told he boys they had to stay on the linoleum to drink their juice boxes and this is how they sat. :)
Wyatt had lots of helpers opening his gifts.

Not too sure about everyone singing to him.

YUM! Cupcakes and ice cream!

Then it was pinata time!

Collecting their loot! I think Charlie likes slinkies!!
Who needs toys when you have balloons to play with!?

Books!

Came around the corner the other day and found this...
They sat like this for about 20 minutes just looking through different books and every once in a while Wyatt would hand Caden one telling him it was 'a good one he will like'
I could watch that all day long!

What a Day!!!

Wyatt's b-day started out with some yummy waffles followed by a great morning at preschool where Wyatt got to be snack helper for the day.

This is Wyatt and his best little buddy, Ethan. I think this picture pretty much sums up how they are together.
After lunch we opened up all his cards he got in the mail.
Then it was time to help Daddy put together his brand new big boy bike!

Check out that smile! :)
Pedaling this is a bit different than his trike so it took him a little bit to get it down. I am sure he will be speeding around the neighborhood in no time.

Then it was time get our buddy Ethan and head to Chuck E. Cheese. These two had a blast!

Caden got a kick out of all the lights and buttons also!

And we even got them to slow down long enough to get a couple bite of pizza in them.

That face pretty much sums up how he was all day today!
Can't you just hear his giggle!?

This was supposed to be at the top, but I guess videos only load at the bottom... oh well
This is his preschool class singing to him.

4 years old~When did this happen???

As I tucked Wyatt into bed tonight for the last time as a 3 year old, a couple questions came to mind... How did this little (I know some people would say Wyatt was never 'little') beat up newborn turn into my smart, big-hearted 4 year old? Did I blink and miss something?
How is it that this little baby, who loved to sleep right here as much as I loved having him sleep right here...

Turn into this funny little kid who doesn't even fit on my lap any more???

We sure have had some fun times with this boy! He never fails to crack us up every day! He has such a contagious smile. He was happy at 1!
Smiling at 2

Grinning ear to ear at 3!
And lots of pics to come of our big 4 year old tomorrow!!!

Wagon Ride

Took Caden for his first wagon ride today. Oh goodness, did he love it! He did his little jibber jabber at Wyatt the entire way to the park.

Wyatt liked this much better! We made several trips around the neighborhood.

Lessons from Big Brother

Wyatt loves to teach Caden new things. So far they have all been pleasant and cute! :)Teaching him 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat'
Caden enjoys it just as much as Wyatt!

Then we moved on to Pat-A-Cake
Oh I think I got this one down!!

Then it was time for a guitar lesson

I love this because you can tell Caden's arms are flapping like crazy because he is so excited.

Master Builder

Wyatt has become quite the builder lately. This is his latest GeoTrax masterpiece.
He usually gets really frustrated and whines when something doesn't do what he wants it too, but he was so patient with this. The hill kept breaking and he just kept stacking up more tracks until it worked. I was so proud of him!
This is his latest Lego creation.
Notice the guys at top waiting to be rescued. :)

Play time

Wyatt came to me the other day wanting to know if he and Caden could play cars. I told him he couldn't play with the tiny cars he had, but to find something that was safe or Caden. He came out of his room with his tub full of 'Giggle n Go' stuff and was SO excited when I told him that was something they both could play with. They had a blast playing together. It was fun to see them interacting. Daddy even had to get in on it.
Caden was so funny.
Collin would push a car though the garage door and he would push it right back to Collin and laugh. His never favorite thing is taking cars and running them back and forth. Wyatt thinks it pretty cool when we tell him that he taught him how to do that!

He's everywhere!

Once Caden figured out how to pull himself up, he decided he is going to do it on EVERYTHING. I guess he was really into the Masters the other day and was caught up in the emotion of the big win just like everyone else.
We could have some serious fights over the favorite cupboard!

So proud of himself!
Oh, crayons, Wyatt tells me the orange ones are quite tasty!

My little helpers

Nana bought Wyatt some gardening gloves so he could help me pull some weeds (He hates getting his hands dirty). Well it lasted for about 5 minutes. And in that 5 minutes he managed to dig 2 pretty good holes while dumping the rocks into the grass. Then he stole all my tools for his sandbox. I guess his three rakes and 4 shovels just aren't enough. And Caden sure enjoyed being outside, check out that face!

Garbage Truck

Wyatt looked so cute the other day watching the garbage truck go by.

Cape

I figured since I am going to be giving lots of hair cuts I better get a cape. Wyatt loved the penguin one I got yesterday. He sat so still for his hair cut and thought it was soooo cool that I 'turned out kitchen into a barber shop.'

Happy Birthday Daddy (A day late!)

Don't have B-day wrapping paper??? Make some!
Wyatt did a very nice job decorating the paper for Collin's presents.

Then while we were in Vegas, he and Nana made him a cake.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DADDY!
WE LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK!
