GO DOGS GO!

For P'pa's birthday Wyatt and Collin took him to see GO DOGS GO at the Seattle Childrens' Theater. It has always been his favorite book to read to the boys, so everyone was really excited to see it in action. But before the play we had to have birthday pizza and a 'cake.' :)
Caden really enjoyed his cupcake!
I think the frosting was his favorite part. He kept saying ummmmm, and goooooo! (good)

I was told Wyatt had this grin on his face all evening!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY P'PA!

Some days he is lucky he is SO cute!

Dry Erase may come off a white board super easy...textured wall...not so much. Mr. Clean Magic Eraser did wonders, but still looking gray. We need to touch up the paint anyways, right?

The start of something wonderful!

Now how do we make this last for 13 years???Wyatt really wanted to help me do dishes tonight. Well, how do I say no to that? So we had a quick lesson on rinsing all the food off and he rinsed while I loaded the dishwasher.
Then he continued and washed the stuff that needed to be hand-washed.
He was actually sad when there were no more dishes to do

The boy knows good fashion

Caden came out of my room the other day with one of my watches on. He was so proud of himself and walked around so carefully so it wouldn't come off.

Valentines

Wyatt was working on his Valentines for school and of course, Caden has to do anything Big Brother is doing :)

finger painting

Caden's first time finger painting.
He dove right in and loved it!
Wyatt showing him how it's done!

Sure hope Crayola means it when they say 100% washable!
Wyatt sure has come a long way! Check out his first time finger painting...

Kind of long, so skip to the last few seconds if you want a laugh.

Bike Ride

Wait up Brother!
happy boy!
This one is a little blurry, but I loved how you can see how much fun they are having by looking at their faces!

"New" stroller

Since Wyatt has gotten way to tall for our double jogger, and would much rather ride his bike then sit in a stroller, it was time to get a new one. Luckily our friends the Udo's needed a double stroller to accommodate their newest arrival. So we did a little swap. Tried the new stroller out this morning and Caden loved it! and I am really excited because this one can hook to the back of a bike as well. Wyatt CANNOT wait to use 'the new trailer!' I see lots of family bike rides in our future!!

The Newest Boy Band is here

We just need to come up with a cool name!
We have Charlie on drums...
And he takes his job very seriously
Sam on lead guitar and Wyatt on drums as well with Charlie on lead vocals, with back up from his mom. :)
Special guest drummer, Caden steps in with Sam on guitar and Wyatt on the vocals.
We will begin touring as soon as we can broaden their play list. Right now the only song they like to perform is 'Eye of the Tiger.' Yes, a great classic, but after 26 takes of it last night I think we all went to bed humming it.

'Hat'

Caden thinks he is pretty hot stuff when he gets his food in bowls and on plates like big brother! He also thinks he is SO funny at times. The other day at dinner he was cracking himself up and saying "hat" with his bowl. The really fun part was that they was still juice in it from his peaches. So we had some nice sticky hair.

Hoodie

Caden got this cute shirt handed down to him from his buddy Charlie
and when I put it on him the other day he loved it. He had to have the hood on all the time.

Why do we even bother using a bib?

Mac and Cheese!!! YUM!
Greasey boy
Caden you go ahead and kick back and relax while I clean you up.
The boy loves his PB&J!

Artists at work

Looks like we have one lefty and one righty.
Yep, Caden pretty much has to do anything Brother does.
Such concentration

So helpful

Part of my workout yesterday was to run some sprints. So after I left the house (don't worry Collin was home) a couple times, I came back and Wyatt had put up some arrows 'so I knew which way to go.'Now that I know which way to go, I just wish he could make my 'sprint runs' actually be sprints and not jogs. :)
