Basketball practice

Caden had his first ever basketball practice this week.
He had so much fun and we had a blast watching!

Wyatt's season started this week as well. He was so excited to find out a friend from school and a friend from kindergarten that moved to Olympia are on his team! Oh and Daddy got roped into coaching! :)

Hawk Fever

I have never been much of a pro football fan, but I guess in a house of boys, I better adapt :)
The boys have really gotten into it this year and scream every time they hear Russel Wilson, or Marshawn Lynch mentioned on TV.  I think I finally have them convinced it will be a daily thing the next few weeks. :)
We went and watched the game with Papa Howard. It was pretty rowdy! :)
So rowdy they needed a nap!
Thanks to Papa and Papa Howard for collecting these flags out of the Seattle P.I.
The boys love their banner!

Hangman

The boys have really been into playing hangman lately.  It's quite entertaining with one reader and one nonreader. :)  I have some great videos of Caden doing one for me of tons of random letters, but I can't get it to load :(

Mr. Respectful

Each month our school has an assembly to honor one kiddo from each class who has stood out as a model for the character trait of the month.
Wyatt got his class's award this month for RESPECT!
The high school cheerleaders come and make a spirit tunnel for the winners to run through...Wyatt doesn't care for tunnels of any sort, so he wasn't too thrilled. And add that it's in front of 300 people and it's a surprise...ya, he had to fight back some tears.
But he recovered quite quickly when Daddy took him out of frozen yogurt for his award!

Circus Show

Yep sometimes it is quite the circus around here. The boys decided to have a leaping contest...over Momma!

Chirstmas #1 (and 2)

 First stop...Santa!
Then we went and open presents with Nana Billie and Papa Howard.
The boys thought it was SO cool that they got 2 Christmases on one day.  We opened with Grandma and then went back to the house and opened with all the aunts and uncles.

 Then it was a space-sleepover!
